		<description>And resting more.  Not running every day helps.  I used the elevator for a while instead of the stairs at work.

And losing weight helps too.  Less tonnage on the joints.

And I'm taking that supplement for joints.  Glucosamine and something else.  I can't say definitely, but I'm leaning toward it helps.

I just want to keep running.</description>

		<description>Knee troubles not good.  I'm using ice and stretching more specifically for the knee issue and light weight training to strengthen the legs.

And walking too.  Swing those arms and work it!</description>
