The rubber chicken is pretty tempting.

I'm doing the Half marathon this weekend. Next year, the 50K.

God save the Queen!

David: No, not doing SweetH2O...would like to one of these days, but this year, I'm doing the relay with the gang at the Chicken Festival. (Who doesn't want to run a relay with a rubber chicken?) I'd like to do the 50K, that water crossing looks fun, and you get to do it twice.

Sare: Gee, if only I would have know yesterday..but I guess it's too late now.

Okay yah, as we English say!

By the way it was the Queens birthday yesterday so I think you should run up that hill to mark the occasion!

Great report, felt like I was there without the aching legs!

Ice cream heals all wounds. Except for knees.

Good story. I did a very similar run/hike my last time at Yargo when the runner's knee reared up. Hope you're better quick.

And at Yargo, runners/hikers are advised to travel opposite direction from the bikers. So you were doing the right thing.

You going to SweetH20 this weekend?
